HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders within the continental U.S. under $49.99 and completely FREE for all orders over $49.99. For international orders, shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $49.99, and FREE for orders over $49.99
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of our products ship within 3-10 business days via UPS or USPS with a tracking number. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships! After the order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes around 3 business days to arrive.
CAN I REPLACE A DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER?
We will replace your order free of charge if it is damaged. If this situation occurs, simply contact customer support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org For our complete return policy, please visit the link at the bottom of this page.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, if for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order please email email@example.com. Orders can generally only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
